Day to day I follow the principles of "everything in moderation" and "if my Grandma wouldn't recognise it, it probably shouldn't be eaten". Luckily my Grandma is dead, so I can apply that rule in moderation too. In 2018 I completed a 12 week(ish) fat loss / "cut" with Renaissance Periodization which made me realise I'd been massively under-fuelling my workouts and running, and which enabled me to make better food choices for my body.
