I got into weight lifting in 2014, starting with a basic HIIT-style dumbbell workout twice a week. As this changed my shape, and the dumbbell I was using started to feel lighter and lighter, I sought bigger challenges. These days I go to the gym at least 3 days a week. My squat 1RM is 102.5kg, deadlift is 100kg, bench is 40kg.
